Phase 1&2 Land Surveys
Contaminated Land Surveys
Desktop Surveys and Soil surveys
We can complete a contaminated land phase 1 desktop survey risk assessment to BS:10175. This can also be done as part of an environmental permit application (H5), planning condition or property purchase using the Source -Pathway – Receptor model approved by the Environment Agency. If you need to proceed to a Phase 2 intrusive investigation we can scope the survey and furthermore suggest what to sample for.
Many desktop surveys require he purchase of specific groundsure data in order to complete. This data provides info on aquifers, soil conditions and pollution incidents on or near the site.
We can also help with groundwater risk assessments and all aspects of soil condition reports.
