How long will it take to get my environmental permit?

A standard rules permit will take approximately 5-7 months from submission. A bespoke permit will take a few months more.

Can I apply myself?

If you are familiar with the process then yes. However if you have not made an application before, the array of forms and supporting surveys required is quite overwhelming

Will I be guaranteed to get my permit?

In a nutshell, no. Treat a permit application similar to a planning application – there is no guarantee.
