In essence there are two types of waste permit available for waste processing businesses. These are standard rules permits & bespoke permits. If however you cannot comply with the pre-published conditions then you may need a bespoke permit. These are more costly and time consuming and in addition are advertised to statutory consultees much like a planning application.
