Paul Downing & Associates are London Environmental Consultants who specialise in environmental permit and waste management applications and surveys.

We are based south of London but have a network of London environmental consultants who can help with your next project throughout greater London and the south east. We can work with the Environment Agency on your behalf to help with Construction & Environmental Management Plans (CEMP’s). We can also help with any permit application to discharge water from a dewatering process. Such as groundwater pumping and discharging to a surface or foul water system.
